All the members of the Family, especially in our age range, are no strangers to long-term health issues themselves. Only instead of dealing with it with proper medication, they re-read 'Pill or Pilgrimage' a hundred times, then feel condemned when they aren't healed, dig for sin in their hearts, etc.
