What bible are you reading? In mine they crucified the Lord Jesus for causing so much tension. He told them to repent in order to avoid destroying themselves through sin. It works, I have been healed, I have fellowship with the Lord, faith, peace, joy and an understanding of spiritual things and my future has never looked brighter. It seems everyone these days is trying to find fulfilment or healing from something or other, but they are trying everything, but, what God actually told them to do. When you go before God in prayer and get honest with Him, and admit that you need Him, you will not only find your healing, but alot more besides. He didn't let us down, we were the ones that messed up, by swerving aside out the way. Yet even then He is faithful to meet us later on down the road, and usually under conditions where we are desperate, having exhausted ourselves or wasted ourselves, trying to find satisfaction and or solutions in the world. But, it's not all, about our having a pleasant time of it on the earth, it's not all wrapped up in having nice feelings, or living in pleasure, because God in His wisdom has much more concern about our eternal future, the very thing we so often neglect. The truth, is that there is not a whole lot of time to get our priorities straightened out. To get that point across, I reveal that the world is moving toward it's own destruction, and the only safe place is standing right beside Jesus. I hope to see you there. Bryon
