I don't know about the blog thing though I am sure others here could tell you. I do know another person that suffers from fibromyalgia who is an exer. Not to the extent that you do though. I got into the family in summer of 70 and also out in 82. It certainly was damaging to everyone touched by it, except the ones that don't see it yet that are still in.
I wish I were in a position to send some help at this time. What I can do is suggest that you post throughout the ex-member boards with a bit about yourself and your history so people can get to know you and maybe there are others that will remember you. Was Gideon Harper a Jewish man with tinted glasses? I am sure there were many Gideon's in the family.

It would be good to post your request there too. If you ever thought of returning to the states, it would be tedious, but you could get medical care. My state just about the worst care. But other states have better programs.
What would it cost you to get treated by a Doctor in the Dominican Republic? Are you still in touch with your Cuban doctor for reference to a new doc?
I am glad you found this site and wish you the best. It may help to get some of your needs met if you talk about what it costs to get help.
