This is a truly tragic story. I remember hearing parts of it before, but this kind of stuff should never have happened. My mother was alcoholic and my younger brothers and sisters suffered horribly under her after I left to join the Family. Not so much physical abuse as neglect, left alone in the house for three days at a time, without food, while she was off on drinking binges. They'd search the house for old crackes and she'd come home and tell them about the steak dinners she'd been treated to. Alcohol abuse is the absolute pits.
BTW, I liked your name Jo. Why did you change back to Goth88? Forget Jojo. If you want to go by Jo, it's your choice.
