I have other priorities requiring my limited brain power, otherwise I might oblige him. The best I could do for now would be to post links to a variety of articles and op-ed pieces from the New York times over the past few months that provide arguments on both sides. Together they give a good overview of what appears to be a raging controversy affecting public policy in at least some parts of the U.S.
