It's an expression Ray, in your post it sounded to me that you thought us to low to dare think about judgement of anyone like Berg. That surely God doesn't need us to tell him anything.(which of course he doesn't) But to me that is not the point. If God didn't want us to think about things like that then he would have said it was sin to think that false teachers are going to hell. He definately wouldn't have said such striking things as "I never knew you who work iniquity"(to those who claimed they were saved)
My point being it is normal to read and apply, especially to someone we knew as intimately as Berg.
