I am thinking about all the recent stress that came up when a poster who states (s)he is a current family member came here and posted. I think by coming here it is natural people will ask questions or be reactive especially if the person coming on board is not thinking about leaving but is stating that people here don't know a thing about what the family is like now and that it has changed and how happy he or she is with it even if they don't agree with everything Didn't people have to sign a paper of loyalty accepting dead dad and Maria as end time prophets to be core members? Also, if a person states he or she tithes 14 percent to someone they consider a "little dumb" it is a bit confusing.
Personally, I have no qualms about current members coming who are testing the waters but I didn't see that here. I just saw defense of the family today and a statement of satisfaction and dedication from the poster. The questions were largely asked in a civil manner. The ones that were ignored were likely read and may provide food for thought and at some future date that may cause some critical thinking.
These posts also fell on the heels of two recent major media events including the Montel Show, the NZ 60 minutes most recently which shows the "storm in the teacup" is not simply passing away as Peter has suggested.
Did JS ever say he was thinking about leaving? All I heard was how he or she would continue with their family, in TFI even if Maria and Peter were taken away.
