sounds nice, but in reality could be a very hard thing to accomplish. You run the risk of conjuring up people such as Barney who really aren't interested in leaving TF, in heart and mind, and only end up re-victimizing victims who come here in an effort to talk with each other and get off their chest the incredible hurt and damage that they suffered.
