For some reason, I have been blessed with marvellous strength and physical endurance. And now that I'm over the grief of coming to terms with coming out of the Family, I feel like I'm still 19. I was thinking, "If I stop stuffing my gut at night after work, I could be buff and trim in 3 weeks. The muscle tone is all there under the flab - really. HONEST! Just ask Ethel! We may not be as wise as we are now about spiritual, emotional and physical abuse if we were to redo the past 20 years. It's been a major part of our life's lessons, hasn't it? We do have something positive now to offer to our corners of the world, imo, don't we?
