I don't understand why you are asking me this question:
"What is the difference between a good Moslem and a bad Christian?"
Maybe you can explain to me why you are asking me this? It's a confusing question.
Maybe if you just take the religions away and replace it with person..What is the difference between a good person and a bad person it would make more sense.
Even then there are so many different interpretations of what is "good" and what is "bad" and we all have some of what could be considered both in us as well as things which can be good for some people and bad for others.

But If you take a look at the world's prominent religions, you will see some universal beliefs regarding ethics and values.
Maybe I like looking at what is positive for a person and fits a person's needs and really don't care what they choose for a religion as long as it is not destructive to others, like a cult that advocates for child molestation and objectification of women. Universally speaking, from major religions and on a broad base, these acts would be abhored. And that includes by atheistic and agnostic standards.
