One time, in '73, I worked in Germany. I mean, legally, with all the right paperwork, etc. When ya work in Germany, ya pay a church tax. It ain't much, but still, I didn't wanna pay it. So I put my religion down as, "Atheist". They pay also! Then I found out that it's the Jews who are exempt. That was a real kick in the ass, as I am a legal Jew! Oh well!
