Boy! Oh Boy!! Ain't that the truth! They certainly ought to try to start leaving that in the past and start moving forward. Yet, We (The rest of the world)oughta let 'em, too. When I was workin' in Munich, one summer, my brother came over from the States to visit. Bein' a real student of the Germans (Language, history, etc.), he wanted to visit Dachau, which isn't that far away. I'd never been there, and had no desire to go, but went with him anyway. I was so embarassed! Those poor folks! That happened a long time ago, and Dachau is actually a real nice little town full of regular workin' folks. And yet, here's all these gaukin' tourists, comin' to see the place for what happened there so long ago. The thing is, I was born a Jew, and so what?!?! Can't we all just let it go and move on? (Not that I mean to ignore it, but why pick a scab?)
