no, the same religious intolerance is NOT practiced in Israel as other Muslim countries. In fact, anyone can practice whatever religion they want, unlike many Muslim countries that do not allow freedom of religion as in Saudi Arabia and many others. And there were no abuses in Abu Grhaib on the level of terrorists that kidnap, behead and blow up innocents. There were a few instances of what amounted to not much more than college hazing and were dealt with by the military, unlike Muslim countries run by Imams. Sorry, your logic is very flawed.
