So, it's not the same thing at all - here's her answer:
hope you read it as you see what in Israel they do not let soliciting which some try to do and also during that time security was very high because of the terrorists. but if anyone like to change his religion no one will stop him you go to prison if you try soliciting thought advertise.
I did check the web page and it basic say what I say. during the time that was so much suicide and killing certain rule has to apply for the safety of all citizens.
