Apparently there is a nutrient in cooked broccoli that isn't present in raw broccoli; can't recall offhand what it is though. Maybe I'm just eccentric (no doubt about it some might say) cuz I just love the veggie juice I make, no matter what goes in it.
And no, I didn't think you were anti-Muslim. As I've said in another post, I like debating ideas, and for the most part I write posts here rather dispassionately, even though I might overstate the matter at times. What I mean is, even in my debates with Acheick, for example, I mean no malice or offense, and I'm not sitting at my computer with my blood pressure rising, cursing those I disagree with. Often it's just that I may not always be clear about what I'm trying to say, which can lead to misunderstandings.
I think over the last few days these various discussions about Islam have been fairly civil, no one has gotten too preachy, offensive, condescending, or superior in thinking theirs is the only way to view the subject. There is a style of posting that effectively cuts off all further debate, but that has not occurred lately.
In TF we could never have debates or discussions like these, so for me one of the values of this board is the ability to discuss our differences of opinion, regardless of who's right or wrong, or whether there is even a right or wrong way to view a particular issue. I've learned alot from these discussions on Islam.
