I don't remember saying that CB and Im sorry for labelling you. As I go further with my therapy my ideas are changing a lot. I am a lot less angry (most of the time) and hopefully less judgemental unless someone is pushing my buttons. I'm trying anyway. I like what you said about Buddhism - not becoming attached to your ideas and opinions. What nic were you posting under when I said you had a crutch?
