My sister-in-law and her family recently acquired a kitten, which my neice dutifully named "Tac". At about the same time we acquired our Golden Labrador pup, but we weren't about to follow that naming tradition! (Bella is pretty well part of our family now, and thinks all we do has to revovle around her - at least at 6:30 in the morning when she wants to go across to the park to play with her doggy friends anyway - I wouldn't want her to think she was some sort of.... "God"!)
