I have heard a budgie speak. It was many yrs ago today. The problem with budgiespeak is that when they speak it sounds like strumming a rubber band guitar. Ever made one of those?
The problem is that it leaves room for interpretation. Kind of like when a person teaches a dog to say "I love you" or "Mama".
Now Victor's budgie was extra special. But I can't help but wonder why the - h-e-double toothpick - Victor didn't warn those people in Asia considering his budgie gave him that information :P
