I'm chuckling to myself trying to imagine your aussie accent say that first sentence. Believe it or not, I've never heard it expressed that way. What would be a synonym for "shit" in this case. And who do you mean by "They"? U2? Just curious. I found this quote interesting:
"Bono has told interviewers that he worships God through music. He once belonged to an ascetic Christian community."
The Family could hardly be accused of asceticism, so it must have been some other group. I wonder which one?
