That’s just so sad from what the Family was when I joined. It was tyrannical which was abusive and caused harm ( a lot of harm) but at least we preached a pure Gospel and we definitely weren't in it for the money. What a long slide down the slippery slope. But I will say that I think some Churches actually do harm to people as well in their lack of love etc etc.
