Ya mean like fondling children? *just* fondling can severely scar a child and last well into adulthood or even through life for some.
Pedophilia is not comparable to homosexuality. Sure, there are people in society at large that think it is no big deal but I know that most of society does not agree or there would not be so many laws against it. What you are doing is called MINIMIZING and RATIONALIZING. RATIONALIZING is when you try to make something sound sensible and sane when it is NOT.*
TFI international already practices all of these things, and at a more regimented level. They have the Charter in case somebody deviates much like the laws in the secular world. So, where is the difference?
THE DIFFERENCE is that TFI teaches as doctrine and as acceptable things that are described as criminal in society at large. They use the charter to protect themselves. They do not depose leaders that have participated in serial molestation and in fact from the top leader on down, many are known participants. They lie about their past pretending that they are being "wise as serpents" but don't seem to realize they were NEVER "harmless as doves"
