I have had some fairly heavy duty anger issues. I think I've worked most of them out. But how the hell do I REALLY know? It's all so subjective.
Also, I think too much introspection can really put you in a bad mental state. There just doesn't seem to be any conclusive answers for some major "WHY'S??".
