Besides monitoring this board I also have a very busy life & sometimes like you say I simply have to make a judgment call in the limited time I can devote to this board. My main objective is that this board fulfil its primary objective of healing & communication between ex-members, with a focus on spiritual/religious discussions. This means critical thinking & exchanging viewpoints which can lead to heated discussions. Often that can't be helped & sometimes rather than over-interfere, I let discussions play out. Sometimes I step in & make unpopular decisions.
I realize that ToC is new to the boards & I allow for that when he posts. However, I did ask him some days ago to read the Rules & Guidelines before posting, & I have my doubts whether he has actually done that. For e.g., it's true that he didn't name names, but when you leave blanks & it's clear who's intended it adds up to the same thing: a personal attack.
ToC, I realize you're new at this so you sometimes say things 'just being honest' without actually intending any conscious malice, but you do have an agressive style. You're welcome to post, but please make sure you read & understand the Rules & Guidelines. Thnnks.
