I don't know if you are in touch with this S.G.A. on a regular basis or not.
If you are then the next time you comunicate tell him to dig out G.N.no.1111 and G.N. 1163.
These G.N.s represent the yearly Family stats sent out to the 'Family' by Peter for the yr [2004 to 5] and the yr [2005 to 6] respectively.
In G.N.1111 pg 6 stats for [2004 to 5] he will see that Peter presents the total F.G.A. poulation at 3,807.
In G.N. 1163 pg 6 stats for [2005 to 6] he will see that Peter presents the total F.G.A. population at 3,117.[Total loss of 690 F.G.A.s]
To be honest thats the easy part trying to decipher and make sense of the rest is more difficult.[Not impossible]
I did write some thing titled 'The stats Peter doesn't tell you about' along with with a scan of the relevant pages in these G.N.s.

The bottom line is that as far as I can make out, hitting these stats from various angles, over 2,000 people have voted with their feet and left the Family in the last 2 years.
As I said to Acheik, if the current rate of adult departure from the Family continues then there will eventually come a tipping point, at which time the 'Family' as we know it will become financially unsustainable.
