Byron, thanks for your response. Tho I don't agree with it it's nice to see you have passionate views, your OWN views on the subject. It's great to be able to have a free, unhindered conscience and sense of what is right and wrong, isn't it?

I'm sorry you haven't watched TV in 3-4 years. You've missed a lot of good Christian shows including Billy Graham evangelical meetings. Ooops! Sorry, I forgot that you think Billy Graham is "of the enemy" and part of a Masonic Catholic-hugging anti-evangelical world conspiracy. :c)

You said, "The world and the churches, 'both' are obsessed with amusements and entertainment and most people cannot even get through a day without spending at least part of it in fantasy land."

Yeah, isn't it great! GOD gave us imagination and has inspired truly great religious fantasy fiction like John Bunyan's allegory, "Pilgrim's Progress" and modern kids shows like "Veggie Tales" and so much, much more. God made us to need rest and relaxation, which is why we have one in seven days off.

And even the Apostle Paul was widely read in the Greek poets, quoting no less than four lines of Greek comedies/tradgedies by various Greek playwrites and poets in his Epistles. Are you going to criticize the apostle Paul now?

You say, "In the occult the imagination itself is considered to be the primary bridge or portal into other worlds (dimensions) where contact is made with demon spirits."

Ha. But GOD created us with an imagination, remember? So He can use our imagination as well. I really, really cannot be scared off from using my imagination simply because the devil uses it. God created it. Imagination is not evil. I'd hate for someone to walk up to me and say, "Donny, you know the one thing I like about you is that you have no imagination at all."
