the policies and the rules and guidelines read like a dream, yet I don't see any reactions to continued insensitivity and abrasive remarks. some have even found them humorous. if I hadn't spoken up, nobody, including the coordinator, would have noticed anything wrong with ToC's racial remarks. so I spoke up, and only then did some others joined in. before that I kept quiet to see if anybody would react to even more stupidity on his part. nix! nobody seems to mind that he has said "other people are ignorant, so I am ignorant too, so deal with it." for your information, I don't put up with any ignorance bordering on racism, from any source. and caucasians are not the only source. I get plenty of ignorant remarks from Asians too.
