I still have a full head of hair and hardly any grey and I'm over 60. All of which I credit to Exercise, vitamins and genes, mostly genes for the hair. I had aunts and uncles who lived well into their 90's and some past 100 and a couple of whom had natural hair color into their 90's. But they also were too sedentary and FAT so I believe you have to run, swim, walk, weight-lift and just get off your butt and do something like Jack La Lanne sez.
