respectfully, self-determination was exactly what my trip was all about.
it is disingenuous to reduce legitimate complaints about racial remarks to a mere “political correctness” hang-up. seems you bought into ToC’s defense propaganda and wasted your time expounding on this. you’re preaching to the converted.
it is offensive to articulate your feelings and to be told you’re “whinning” (sic) (it’s ToC that can’t spell). hell, even the coordinator said I addressed the issue well. I’ll bet that if you do a search under “mo letter” and “whining” you’ll come up with quite a few hits, as that was and is one of the biggest Family put-downs on anyone speaking up.
it amazes me how no one else seems to be bothered by any of this.
