I wouldn't say I'm hanging onto vestiges of my faith, tho I take what you mean. In my case I have asked a lot of searching questions & dug down deeper & thrown off the Berg junk. I think it's very healthy to question one's faith, & particularly if that faith was twisted & made into something abusive. I did that for years after I left & I still ask hard questions. That's how I get answers. Some people are simply doubting & 'show me' by nature & that's just the way they are.
