"The kids of the cult-founding-generation" (bit long, but my way of avoiding to say SGA) did really great in presenting the facts...I marvel at Daniel Rosselle, who had the humility or diplomacy to use the term "part of our doctrine", when it came to the doctrine of FFing/one wife/sharing sexually...when they really had no responsibility in it....unless much later agreed to in "fee" decision...
Anyway, without wanting to be harsh on anybody or unfair, it seems to me, that D. mother could may be have given - knowingly or unknowingly - the wrong impression of how it was being involved in FFing. As I have been around in those days - sad to say - I'd heavily insist to add the fact, that in many parts of TF I was in, it was insisted, that it'd be entirely up to you personally, your
own decision...so to speak only for the stronger (meat not for the weaker)...and who wanted to be regarded as weak...call it peer/social pressure or whatever...sometimes weak economics could have been a factor, but not to the point, citing now,
"either do it or out"....this gives the impression: oh...poor FGAs, they were forced by those few evil monsters up in the hierarchy...
I'd say it'd be better to muster up the courage & to confess the own guilt...sure there could have been other situations, I don't want to judge her or others, but it gives the audience the impression, that everybody was forced & the personal guilt is little....to which I don't agree.
