There are obviously levels of mental illness, but what you say gets me thinking. I've seen some quite strange people who nevertheless manage to function in the workplace. Some of them are even bosses of their own businesses. Do you have any stats (even rough figures) of how much of the population is ill but functional, as well as ill and not really able to function.
