Hi Donny, It may have appeared that because I chose not to bother watching TV years ago that I consider it to be without value or purpose regarding the Christian faith. I actually think it is a valuable resourse in monitering the decline of civilization in general and mankind's moral values in particular and I have considered using Sunday morning Christian programs to teach a course on, 'apostasy'. I admit however that there is a lot of educational stuff on TV that Christians can use to great advantage. The problem as I see it with TV, is that, beyond the obvious evil enfluences there, there is the overall, 'Godless' worldview presented there. It is as if they took a big eraser and removed the, 'Creator' entirely from the picture. A die hard atheist-communist TV censor wouldn't be much busier than the, 'Maytag' repair man. He might just let a lot of the Sunday morning religious shows go on the air as well because many of them do such a great job making Christians look silly. I had a little chuckle awhile ago as I pictured William Shaftner as a great evangelist while Billy Graham stood on the deck of the 'SS Enterprise' - Going where no man has gone before. But it wasn't really such a great stretch of the imagination, because they are both in the same business.
Captain Kirk by the way has been raptured off of so many different planets that poor Billy would have one hell of a time catching up. Hee hee hee. The Lord bless you and your family.
Enjoy the popcorn.
