Hi, MG.
I see that you don't like to respond directly. If we're to show each other respect, mutually, how about not doing the equivlent of gossip, and respecting me. I never showed you disrespect. If I did, quote it. Thanks. Didn't mean to.
As far as Yoga, I did Hatha for awhile, as well. I think Pilates is much better exercise, if that's all one is after.
If you meet regularly with folks to do Hatha "asanas", that's what the positions are, and they are a form of both self-worship (it's in their manuscripts, and not a matter of opnion; actually), and historically, the practitioner is presenting themself before the thousands of Hindu "deities", in a kind of worship to them.
The Bhagavad Gita calls them "deva" or "devata"; by the way. Raja and Siddha Yoga usually follow, and, if you become particularly interested in a false Christ object of worship, then there's Bakti Yoga, where you can choose to worship Krishna, Shakti, Rama, Shiva, and so on (there are SO many!).
They are demons, in my experience; yes. That's not meant to offend anyone. I have experienced it; yes.
Take care!
