The question might be, if there were separate boards, would there still be a need to witness to people that believe differently at journeys?
I would say no coming over from the Christian board to witness on Journeys. All of us were in the Family, we all memorized hundreds of Scriptures so 'witnessing' to other exers merely consists of telling someone something that they already memorized, lived & know inside out. We all know the basic issues already.
In fact, even if we keep to one board instead of dividing into two, I think this is a good rule of thumb.
