Dear WC...thanks for your thoughts & quick response...I was gone for a day & am a bit surprised, how much of a response there is already...after I posted my thoughts, I got second ones, thinking also about the trouble on your side it would involve...needless to say, I didn't want that either.

I only meant to focus on the problem, when does a strong opinion become a preaching.I went back a bit how the thing evolved with Jo...it started IMO with a "helpful" joke of Susie...I had to give my Christian 2 cents...& so on...my comment was rather general, but Jo took it as an occassion or one of the last straws for some "coming out"....after all...like many said...we're old enough, know enough of the Bible....but once something is taken very personal, it would be silly of me or anyone else to retreat & renounce, what I thought before to generally be true...if I think something is generally wrong, then it's also wrong for me in the individual example.

In other words: a link (URL), a joke...almost anything can be a preaching & if someone shares his late post-TF-detailed-biography...probably it's all a "witness" through his/her actions & deeds via words about themselves. In the end, where is the difference?
I guess we don't like to personally be "talked down" to, resent any "upper nose" & I can understand that.

I don't have the solution, but I thought of some "compromise", remaining on one united "spiritual"
board...the pity is, we don't have a registry, with the names, handles of the frequent posters...people could namely look there, whether they want to hear/read anyone's "preaching" or not.The "fun thing" about this board is, you don't know hardly anything about the post "until you open it" ; ) LoL for some it might be some
"p...box" If I know OT2 & Don are Christian posters, it's up to my own risk/decision, to read what they have to say.On the other hand, if I reply to Susie, she is "forewarned", that my reaction might not be so "nice"...I don't know if it take some discipline in the headline/title/subject, to indicate, that something is strong Christian/New Age/Muslim/Atheistic...opposition/opinion...whoever things he cannot handle that...shouldn't open the post.Many/most reactions to posts just use the same original subject-title & may just seem to be too "innocent"...we should think a bit more about the readers...sort of a Romans 14 thing...

Anyway, I am more for one board...hoping that some self-discipline, tolerance etc. would ultimately do the job.If I don't want to read agnostic...hindu...new age postings, it would help, if the posters would somehow declare it through some indication in the title and a little registry wouldn't be too bad either...may be
