What comes to mind to me is the verse, "Ever learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." I see that so much in higher education. Not always, of course, there are many wonderful educators as well. It's kind of like 1 Cor. 13, without love, all the amazing things one can do means nothing. It is this issue that I am referring to. I'm sure you've seen it also.
