Hippy movement & Viet Nam

The hippy movement really was tied closely to U.S. involvement in Viet Nam. It was a culture of protest against the war. As I recall, what was left of the hippy free-love, drug utopia collapsed shortly after the last U.S. troops left Viet Nam in March 1973.

That's not to say there were no more long-hairs after that or teens on drugs, but the end of the phenomenon had come.

And what is the Family doing these days to help the much large abuse of drugs?
