my reply. by defining just how much abuse is punishable and how much abuse is acceptable it is to enable abuse. yet you try to define it as something else.
nobody is chery picking nothing. the whole context is how much abuse is permissable or punishable.
beating is abuse.

things have changed, slavery is outlawed internationally and thank god for the outdating of these laws with new human rights laws. there is no proper use of the rod. the use of the rod is improper. period.
