Mr. Snort, I regret to inform you that your application for a copyright and/or registering yoru trademark game has been denied. Attached are 30 pages of gobbely-gook in highly technical language explaining why. The brief, answer, however, is that your game crosses several ethical and legal lines. We frankly cannot beleive you would market illegal substances in the guise of children's games. A police van will be at your house within the hour to collect all game 'samples.'
