No, it doesn't. There's really so scripture or group of scriptures that talk about anything that can be remotely linked to the newspaper headlines today. Except maybe "wars and rumors of wars" being an ongoing thing. Yet it says, "but the end is not yet" meaning "Don't even bother to take note of them as 'signs' of the Endtime. These things must be."
I'm sure the Family has twisted some Scripture out of its context and pumped it up with their false prophetic meaning to say, 'This is it now folks!' but that all they ever say. As bad as this coming war will be, it's just an ongoing saga of war in human history, not a fulfillment of endtime Bible prophecy.
