IMO the problem persists...emphasis here...since ages...because of the "simple" market laws of demand...false craving...sinfulness and from there the criminal supply.
To stop that would mean to eradicate the sinfulness in man (specifically that gender)...which in this "lifespan" of the world..aeon...is impossible IMV...but it starts with those yielding truly to Christ and HIS righteousness...and TF is unfortunately the very group who muddled all that again...not even being the first in history...
Anyway...prostitution is legal in "very tolerant"
