There was nothing in TF I could remember being a prophecy in the sense of foretelling of the future by God's divine intervention...revelation...to someone HE specially chose...equipping that person...Berg thought so..Zerby as well...
Now they "dilute" that aspiration down to some new wine (since ages actually)...which as you rightly observe is just common sense.
Sometimes I think we (ex)cultist were so relieved to read something "normal"...oh, thank you Zerby...thank you God for not pushing some new doctrine...something radical our old bottle can't contain...
Sad to say...our gut-reaction...our consciousness reacted right...and first toward something like one wife.
So some poison wasn't meant at all for our new bottles...TFI doesn't understand that.
Plus TFI is (in)famous for recycling other people's art and thoughts (book/lets Good thots e.g.) and claiming that for themselves...even if they cite the source ...later it becomes incorporated and people just don't see it's old wine and not new wine at all
