You're very right, the stupid position really makes it impossible to control the commuters' "natural" desire to make shortcuts...or otherwise you would have to have staff-members directing the crowd...the crowds in the subcontinent are quite something...I had especially to laugh when he gets mad at the guy for taking another look...staring...quite normal in the subcontinent...though irritating...

In the other clip the Swiss finance-minister (he also made the deal with the US about the secret accounts of US-nationals) had to answer some question from parliamentarians about the import of meat into Switzerland (a matter of taxes)...the answer was procured
by a customs official...the terminology he had to read...the minister get himself, but had to read it nonetheless...Bündner-meat is also not the very best example...because it's ultimately refined/produced in a region of Switzerland and therefore not completely imported at all...to my understanding

here's what the you-tuber had translated:

The text he is reading is actual not funny at all - and that is basically the reason why it is so funny ;-)

"Referring to addition 6a in chapter 2 of the KN, the customs administration has additionally published the so called Swiss explanations about the customs tariff.

According to that, certain products, that have spices added during the production, are added to chapter 2, if the character of a product of this chapter is not changed (for example "Bündnerfleisch"). Meat, that has spices on the whole surface of the product and that is noticeable with the eyes, is excluded by the chapter."

But great if highranking ministers...politicians can laugh like that...refreshing
