I still have a bit of a problem with imminency...as mentioned above to Colonel
it's the main thought of the brethren/baptist endtime-thought...and in a way "fine for me"...but not totally logic...at least for my brains
Dispensationalists would anyway say to your line of argument, that the people Jesus talked to were Jews...at best believers, but definitely not saved Christians...because he hadn't died yet...and at worst unbelievers...and yes their time is also always...kind of/meaning...to pass on, to die.
