I base my assumptions about the probability of a miraculous healing that reverses bone damage on what I've personally witnessed or seen verified to my satisfaction. There's an office of the RC Church actually gets into the business of documenting claims of miraculous events. Most claims for miraculous events rarely pass muster. Much as I dislike the RC Church, I think their approach to documenting the veracity of a miracle is quite rigorous.

So I am skeptical of claims but do not entirely dismiss the possibility. A constant prayer/meditation is "Lord I believe, help my unbelief." It may be that I don't see more proof of miracles because I'm not open enough to the possibility. On the other hand, it may be that others see more proof of miracles precisely because that's what they want to see.
