about your jobprospects...sounds wounderful...getting a chance to work with more...other...elder??..young people.My sister is a teacher.It has pro and cons (statistically teachers used to have a shorter life-span here...don't know, whether that has improved now?), but I think she really got a good job...I am not really envious...but my job in comparison is more of a physical dreadmill because of the routines...pls. take your time in doing your preps...my post can "sit there" and wait ; ) Wish you all the success needed...wonderful news.
Oh... I have several colleagues with knee problems...quite a serious issue...and yes, loosing weight helps the body.Last year I did hardly any sport (flat-renovation etc.) want to change that this year..May God keep you healthy and happy in service
