You're right..."one-mind-technology"...can be quite cultish...though I do marvel at the origins 2000 years back...about being of one mind...didn't persist throughout history though...but a nice goal
Anyway here again I differ:
the general indigenous-drive worldwide (TFI)...I could first hand observe that in India...first off though, I wish to recapitulate...though amateurishly... the spread of Christianity among the heathen
...as you know some apostles remained in Jerusalem...some really went far...Thomas, knowledge by the way of legend, even went as far as south India
...later "pioneering" Christians were amazed to find churches/communities there...(first, there were Jews there in Diaspora in the first place...quite amazing anyway)...which begs the question how and when they got formed anyway...
Just to say...the spreading of early Christianity relied on a Jewish basic surrounding...then gaining from there converts to Christianity...the first apostles were all Jews
...Jews with some kind inclination to the Christians today...without necessarily being "messianic" don't fail to stress, that Jesus was first of all a Jew...actually being of the tribe of Judah...and not "just an Isrealite"...which to me is not the same as being a Jew...so to speak
...and by the way Berg was right, when he said...I think he did...that Anti-semitism is really a misnomer...for the Arab and also the Palestinians happen to be semitic...so their enmity is kind of a friction between "half-brothers"...
Since we are at it...to my knowledge...the "ancestry of once Jewishship" is solely determined by the origins of the mother...so if the mother happened to have "strayed" and taken a husband out of whatever other colourful neighborhood (far south and east!!!)...actually more or less against the teachings of the Pentateuch...the books of Mose...then you would have some even more colourful Jew as the Jews anyway are
...really white are the northern races...without declaring them superior as the stupid Nazi-idiology/idolotry/idiocy...one must say...the real whites and blond etc come from there or migrated there...everything else happens to be a mixture
I refrain from going into the notion /fact that King David was described as being red haired...(for some "funny" reason...I had some of the biggest fascinations for woman with red hair...natural that is...not dyed)
...So how that gene got around the world I don't know, but find it fascinating...cause it's the minority...likewise the "real whites"/blondes/blue eyed...are the minority...
Now you tell me please...why they had the most longstanding and intense reverence for the Christian teachings???...Why didn't it spread more intense in India...China Japan and even Africa???
Therefore the Pioneers of Christianity happened historically first off to be the Jews (red haired or not ; ) )... then of the mediterranean areas...and then of northern Europe.Even Ethiopea makes less impact in history then one might reason...having Christianity there almost the longest!!!!???
TFI...before it the Jesus people...Teen challenge...was some sort of revival...or evangelisation among first of all the youth...
The US happens to be still predominantly white or not???...
with that in mind, how do we think then, that many...all...most leaders in TFI or elsewhere would have to be non-white ...non Jews etc??

Like I said, the first believers in Christianity were Jews and it is widely accepted, that Jews really have a great skill in leadership, being any way "full of skills"...recently we had a debate along that line in Germany...and the failure in integration policy, mainly migrants from Turkey or other Muslim countries (One arguing, that there must be something like a Jewish Gene...rather complimenting the Jews for their skills)
So by "fact of history"...demographics" etc you wind up with "those people" in leadership...even in the secular fields ...what's wrong with that???
Personally I really cried and rejoiced...that Obama got voted as president...because I took it as some sort of "amendment" for the wounds of the pasts...regarding the blacks...that said...I wouldn't mind at all a Jew as chancellor in Germany
...by the way...woman are also
quite neglected in leadership positions...be it in the industry or politics...though the percentages vary from nation to nation.
In that regard TFI is better than America LOL...just a joke...pls. don't mind
So frankly...I consider that as distortion of either historic or demografic facts
...leaders in TFI were first noted and trusted if they accomplished something as a couple...and especially if they had lots of kids and still managed to lead...they were regarded...later they also split those couples up...something I am really against...in general...even though there could be exceptions
So TFI as a "soul-saving" corporation...just did...what makes sense in enterprise...you choose those, who "managed" (and frankly, even if that may be to your surprise, the leaders I found leading in TFI had skills to lead...even if they were moral failures, for things we all accept here, but in terms of TFI, they were "successful")
...actually those who were of the same blood ("bergian") were often removed from leadership...that is also actually better than elsewhere in the world...see Gaddhafi etc.
Last not least my personal experience in India...the big "pioneering" drive was initially by the "whites"
