I don't see any positive scriptural precedent in it...and that is charismatic...without necessarily referring to AOG...as I can't comment on that for lack of information yet

...problem though is, that most charismatics I got to know post TFI...go from one event/function to the next irregardless of the "mother-church"...as long as it is "charismatic"...might though not holding true for the many leaders?? (but many times they pull an "act" together)...just my take...

Something similar might be said about holy laughter...that would have to be something "new",
joy is for me something not necessarily audibly
noticed by others...laughter though is

Taking Ephesians 4 in context...I began to think some years ago...that it got highly, overly emphasized...not only by TFI but before also others
...apostles were the foundation of the church...along with prophets (Eph. 2:20)...that phase is IMO past...therefore to take Eph. as a standard "concept" of today's congregation...kind of looking for the prophet...the apostle in that church is IMO not the right take...it's interesting, that you find nepios in Eph. 4 as well as in 1.Cor.13...which led me to think again some time back, that for the maturer...there is the way above that: 1.Cor. 12:31 => 1.Cor. 13 ~ ~ love...the kind God really has...all the rest will cease and pause...plus tongues need to be interpreted...I don't find that to be true...from what I've been watching...plus it was a sign for the Jews according to the OT-testimony

Sorry...just typed that in haste...haven't yet looked up the links...though I've read the basic tenants of AOG before...even though years back.

Oh...and some evidently have no "gift of healing" whatsoever...just some claim...when they fail...they blame it on the seeker (convenient)

Did St.Peter have such attitude???
