I don't know whether there is yet a musical or other artistic metaphor for the violent forces in earthquakes etc.(some emotional outlet for man to deal with it, to express it...although silence is for me the first requirement in such situations...I like the far eastern asian "minimalistic" music...expressing peace for me) ...

but I thought Matt may be comes closer to it/wonder why he named it tectony...plus the similar sound of a warning sirene

also E.Munch very famous picture came to my mind:

Goya covered the horrors of war...but other than that I am not very familiar with art...listening to Wagner is kind of out for me...not only since Berg's rant on it...

"Funny"...how the Nazis would talk about degenerated art...

Oh by the way ... I "blame" the art-university in Vienna for rejecting A.Hitler as a pupil/student...if they would have taken him...he would have been a lousy artist...instead of a monstrous politician

..Really ...I am not fond of heavy metal or the like...but the rage on the guitar is sometimes in some proportion to the upsetness I tend to feel in life in few moments...about certain things

Mattrach I got to know first on youtube...when I searched for versions/covers of the famous Canon of Pachelbel years ago...and him and others ( Cesar Huesca..G.Guerra)
"butchered" it in canon-rock versions (originally Jerry C...funtwo..Asian!!)....nonetheless I admit all their great skills & marvel at that (a small percentage in skill would suffice me ; ) )...Matt must be something like 15/16 of age "composing" the tectony-version...(he got formal guitar/music teachings)

Great French kid...in skill...in interviews he rather looks tame ; )

...France is also among many other things great in mathematics:

....but is also heavily depending on nuclear power-plants
(not too smart though & not very nice for the following generations...)

So this clip is not a worship song at all...so listen to it at your own risk...if at all
