Some workers longer in the company than me said, that when they entered it long ago...some twenty years or more...they were often told: you're here to work, not to think...to leave that up to others...if they questioned something...some are just bothered by simple questions...insecure people....sadisn't it??...now they want participation...crazy
One nice fellow-labourer had the hilarious T-shirt recently with the slogan, altering the one of the philosopher Kant:
I think therefor am I...at the wrong place.
